Job Summary

The Dental Assistant I assists the dentist with patient exams and a variety of dental procedures which include preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials for all dental procedures, while ensuring patients are relaxed and as comfortable as possible.

Education - High school graduate or equivalent. Experience - Six (6) months of Dental Assistant experience preferred. Dental Assistant experience in pediatric dentistry and with patients with special health care needs preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Active Dental Assistant Registration from Washington State Department of Health required.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education. Preferred experience includes six months as a Dental Assistant, particularly in pediatric dentistry or with patients having special healthcare needs. Active Dental Assistant Registration from the Washington State Department of Health is required.
