The role involves encouraging, mentoring, and coaching individuals to achieve goals outlined in their Support Plan, including activities like visiting parks and sensory gardens to work on social and communication skills. Responsibilities also include fostering independence by teaching daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry assistance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and while related experience is helpful, no prior experience is required as paid training is provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to create long-term impacts and enjoy supporting others.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our programs in Coroapolis, PA.
Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individual lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals.
By following the Individuals Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Be a part of fostering a true sense of price and fostering independence in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.
• Earn $19.00/hour
