Licensed Practical Nurses will utilize their skills to implement basic preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care for assigned patients, focusing on positive patient care outcomes. Key duties include accurate medication administration, maintaining communication between client, staff, and physician, and completing administrative tasks like prior authorizations and narcotics counts.
Candidates must possess a valid LPN licensure in Minnesota and have a comprehensive understanding of all MN Statutes related to serving the specialized population. Additional requirements include CPR/First Aid certification (or attainment within 30 days), passing a background check, and holding a valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
