Adhering to MN State Statutes, code of ethics, insurance requirements, and Northstar’s policy and procedures. Maintain resident/client records in accordance with Northstar’s policy requirements. Complete continuing education courses in current treatment concepts and methods as required by the State of Minnesota to maintain professional license. Attend in-house training, all scheduled Northstar/Bridges staff meetings, and consultations. Hold a caseload of clients, providing all components of a psychotherapeutic episode of care from DA through termination. Coordinate care with all providers that are on client’s care team. Manage own clinical schedule. Other duties as assigned.
