The Mobile Crisis Coordinator provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk. This role also involves leading support network meetings, creating tailored service plans, coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human service field and hold full QMHP registration or be license-eligible as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Essential requirements include maintaining a valid driver's license, having 1 year of mental health population experience preferred, and proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Suite.

*$2,500 sign-on and retention bonus for FT, new hires*
Schedule: (3) 12 hour shifts 9P-9A and (1) 4 hour shift, Wednesday-Saturday
