The CRMA position assists in medication administration to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of an RN. The role also involves working as direct care staff as assigned and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA. They should also have the ability to work harmoniously with others and maintain confidentiality.
Description Join Our Care Team We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our team. CRMAs are assigned to our Residential Care area.
The CRMA/Personal Support Specialist (PSS) is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting. This role includes administering medications as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) and assisting residents with activities of daily living as a PSS. The CRMA/PSS works as part of a team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in spoken and written English Basic computer skills Shift Available: This position is part-time (32 hours per week), 11:00pm to 7:00am, and includes every other weekend.
