The Intake Pharmacy Technician creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescription and fax queues in a timely manner, while also requesting refill prescriptions as appropriate. Responsibilities include managing incoming documents from the fax server and ensuring accurate and efficient data input.
Candidates must be a licensed/registered pharmacy technician, possess knowledge of medical terminology including sig codes and Roman numerals, and have at least one year of pharmacy technician experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are required to work independently and meet deadlines.

9:30am to 6pm MST, shifting to 8:30am to 5:00pm MST with time change in Spring.
Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up
• Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy
• Required: Pharmacy Technician registration/certification and Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
• Required: Independent worker, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to work independently, work efficiently to meet deadlines and be flexible, detail-oriented, great time-management skills
