A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a current state license are required, with a PharmD and specialty pharmacy experience preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning long-term care.
Work Experience • Desired: One year experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
