The Psychiatrist is responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric services, including inpatient, outpatient, and on-call care for both adult and child clients. Duties involve performing admission evaluations, daily rounds, medication checks, and providing various forms of therapy and emergency evaluations.
Candidates must possess a state of Florida MD license and should ideally be Board Certified in Psychiatric Practice, along with eligibility for hospital privileging. Applicants must also be eligible to participate in State or Federal funded programs like Medicaid and pass organizational screening requirements.
