The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, preventative care, and chronic disease management within a team-based model. Key duties include performing full scope primary care services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active or eligible Maine Nurse Practitioner license and a required DEA license. Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and a commitment to community-focused healthcare.
