The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services, including routine exams, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular conditions within an integrated care model. This role requires close collaboration with primary care providers and active participation as a key member of the integrated care team.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of optometry and hold an active State of Maine Optometrist license along with current CPR certification. Experience in rural or community-oriented care is preferred, alongside strong communication and patient care skills.
