The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within an outpatient primary care setting. Responsibilities involve health promotion, disease prevention, management of health problems, and coordinating care with primary care providers.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN preferred) or Physician Assistant program, holding the appropriate certification and an active Maine license. Current CPR and ACLS certification, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills are also required.

This role offers the opportunity to provide high quality primary care while working within an integrated care model serving Northern Maine communities.

The provider practices within the scope of licensure and collaborates with supervising physicians as applicable.
