The Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic mammography procedures in alignment with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental protocols. This position plays a key role in early detection and patient education, ensuring a safe and positive experience for every patient.
How you’ll contribute
Perform mammography exams, biopsies, stereotactic procedures, and assist with interventional imaging.
Prepare and administer contrast media or medications within scope, monitoring patient condition throughout.
Maintain equipment, supplies, imaging parameters, and perform required quality control and safety checks, including MQSA compliance.
Evaluate image quality, troubleshoot issues, and repeat imaging when necessary.
Accurately document, transmit, and track imaging results, including Bi RADS follow ups.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and possess the Arkansas State Radiation Operator License, ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
