• How you’ll contribute A Medical Lab Tech who excels in this role: · Performs routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory. · Uses the laboratory information system to register patients, enter test orders, and report test results to providers.

• What we’re looking for: Applicants should have an associates degree in Medical Technology or related science or have equivalent education and experience as defined by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988.
• Additional requirements include: · Certification as a medical laboratory technician preferred · Knowledge and skill to operate standard office machinery · Must have knowledge of laboratory procedures and ability to perform laboratory functions in the essential areas of chemistry, coagulation, hematology, immunology, microbiology, clinical microscopy and transfusion medicine.
