The Bilingual Medical Assistant conducts administrative and specific clinical tasks under provider direction to ensure efficient clinic operation, contributing to a positive patient experience through supportive clinical team roles. Essential functions include rooming patients, documenting chief complaints, vital signs, medication lists, and maintaining accurate patient charts and records.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. Required abilities include knowledge of administrative procedures, patient evaluation/triage, performing standard clinical procedures, and maintaining organized systems for patient flow.
