The Resident Assistant provides direct care to residents under RN supervision, assisting with personal grooming, maintenance, and rehabilitative needs according to the resident's care plan. This role also involves assisting the RN Manager by gathering, reporting, and documenting vital information and assisting with medication recordkeeping.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with certification as a NYS Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide. Previous experience working with the elderly or as a home health aide is desirable.
$17.39-$21.20 Part Time 20 Hours
Provides direct care to residents under the supervision of the RN Nurse Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a NYS Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide required.
Previous experience as a home health aide or working with the elderly is desirable.
