The Registered Nurse is responsible for applying professional nursing principles to patient care, which includes recording history, performing diagnostic tests, operating equipment, administering treatments, and establishing/contributing to care plans. This role also involves teaching patients and families, providing direction to other nursing staff, and supporting the advancement of clinical knowledge and skills.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire if applicable. A minimum of two years of RN experience, including a 13-week travel assignment, is required, along with current ACLS and BLS certifications and Arizona RN licensure.
