Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and restore function for participants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide all-inclusive care and manage durable medical equipment.
Requires a Physical Therapy degree and active State of Michigan licensure. Must have at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral). Active State of Michigan licensure. Must have one (1) year of experience with a frail or elderly population. Physical ability to instruct and demonstrate exercise, provide lift assistance, and assist/manage mobility devices.
