The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This facility provides critical support and stabilization services for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment. Join us in making a meaningful impact through compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the lobby in a professional and welcoming manner
• Coordinate with Crisis Service Center staff upon arrival, including obtaining basic information (name, date of birth, history in Netsmart, and reason for visit)
• Assist with pat-down searches for individuals admitted to TO/CSU as needed, in accordance with safety protocols
• Support the Unit Secretary with monitoring and updating the CSP board
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area
• Monitor inventory and restock front desk supplies; notify supervisor of supply needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly

• Previous administrative or secretarial experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
