The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician to restore function and prevent disability. This includes assisting patients to reach maximum performance levels and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of patient status changes.
Candidates must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Essential competencies include the ability to read and comprehend patient information and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Challenge (Job Summary)
As a physical therapist, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. This involves assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and the home environment, as well as participating in the development of the total plan of care.
