The provider will deliver comprehensive medical services, including office visits and telehealth, by performing assessments, interpreting diagnostics, and developing personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle, supplements, and therapies. Responsibilities also include educating patients and collaborating closely with an integrated care team to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Candidates must possess an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, along with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, alongside a strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered
Functional Medicine Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in Functional and Integrative Medicine—no prior FM experience required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner*, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
