This role supports patient flow, assists clinical providers with EMR documentation, and ensures complete medical records by facilitating pre-operative preparations and coordinating external records. Responsibilities also include conducting post-discharge follow-up, coordinating DME orders, and managing various administrative tasks for the medical team.
Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and 1-2 years of experience in a clinical care environment, preferably in an ambulatory or community health center. Required computer skills include proficiency with standard office software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, along with acute attention to detail.
