Intake Pharmacy Technicians create patient profiles, process orders from electronic and fax queues, and manage incoming documents. Prescription Setup technicians generate and type prescriptions for pharmacist verification, handle outbound transfers, and clarify necessary patient demographic and clinical information.
Candidates must be a licensed/registered pharmacy technician, possess knowledge of medical terminology including sig codes and Roman numerals, and have at least one year of pharmacy experience. Required competencies include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy
