About the role

The Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients presenting with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting all care within the Raintree EMR system while managing a caseload based on PRN needs.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on care while building relationships, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across a primarily pediatric population, with additional opportunities to work with adult patients.

Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as pediatric speech and language development, feeding and swallowing, cognitive therapy, voice disorders, or neurological conditions, we make it possible.

Your Role: Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Document care accurately in Raintree EMR Maintain a caseload based on PRN needs and clinic demand with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why Speech Language Therapists Choose H2 Health!

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold an active state SLP license or be eligible for licensure. The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, alongside strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
