Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant, along with essential soft skills such as compassion, calmness, teamwork, multi-tasking, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in sample collection, history taking, lab processing, and anesthesia monitoring is considered a bonus.
