Deliver skilled OT treatments under OT supervision and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and collaborate with nursing and rehab teams.
An active California COTA license is required, along with preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Strong communication and documentation skills are also necessary.
