As the LPN, you will work as a part of the REACH Team to provide healthcare related crisis stabilization, and prevention, supports to individuals receiving REACH therapeutic services.
You will help to ensure healthcare services are coordinated across providers, while providing healthcare related training to individuals served and staff.

Multiple full-time and part-time positions available in a facility that provides 24/7 crisis stabilization supports to individuals at the REACH CTH. ***$2,500 Sign on Bonus***
$50,400.00- $57,960.00 Education/Experience Required: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing A valid Virginia Practical Nurse License (LPN) is required At least 2 years of applicable experience supporting individuals with behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
