As a Physical Therapist, you will provide screenings and evaluations to determine the requirements for skilled physical therapy interventions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate patient records.
Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current valid Physical Therapist license. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care are essential.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for directly participating in physical therapy treatment interventions and services, in accordance with state practice guidelines. This position provides direct patient care to primarily adult and geriatric patients.
Education and Experience: Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Current valid Physical Therapist license to practice in appropriate state.
