The Registered Nurse RN Maternity regularly assesses patient needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician. They evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with team members to improve patient care.
An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Essential certifications include BLS, RN, NRP, and TEAM ADVANCED within specified timeframes.
This position has basic knowledge of neonatal care and is able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for maternity patients.
