include greeting and rooming patients, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient conditions, administering medications, and performing specimen collection. The role also involves providing health coaching to a defined group of patients and actively participating in care team huddles for coordination.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and meet specific educational and clinical experience criteria, such as graduating from an accredited Medical Assisting program or having equivalent experience. A minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant is required, along with strong digital literacy and proficiency with virtual care platforms.
