The Home Health Aide will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor their health by taking vital signs, and provide support with prescribed exercises and nutrition. They must also maintain a clean environment, document care activities accurately, and offer companionship and emotional support.
include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program with corresponding certification. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in care settings, CPR/First Aid certification, and familiarity with EHR systems.
