As a vital part of the home care team, the trainee will provide compassionate care to participants in their homes, including assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, cleaning, shopping, and meal support. Responsibilities also include taking vital signs, documenting care, and supporting the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference and loves serving others with a positive approach. While this is a trainee position offering paid training to obtain CNA certification, strong communication, independent thinking, and teamwork abilities are essential.

We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly!
