The physician will serve as an Emergency Medicine Physician at The William W. Backus Hospital, a Level 3 trauma center, managing patient care within a highly efficient practice model. Responsibilities include spending time with higher acuity patients, ensuring safe patient disposition, and completing documentation during well-balanced 10-hour shifts with physician overlap.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine and must be able to obtain licensure in Connecticut. The role requires the ability to work within an integrated healthcare system environment.
