The primary responsibility is to provide and maintain resident medical records and health information systems. This must be done in strict accordance with current federal and state guidelines and the facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a clerical position or successful completion of an accredited secretarial science program is required.
