Position overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional preventative and clinical care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Key responsibilities

Clinical & preventative care
Conduct patient screenings, including oral health history, head and neck exams, and periodontal charting
Identify signs of oral cancer and gum disease
Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), including removal of plaque, tartar, and stains
Apply preventative treatments such as fluoride and sealants
Take and develop dental X-rays to support diagnosis

Patient education & counseling
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques tailored to individual needs
Provide nutritional guidance related to oral health
Deliver post-treatment care instructions and ongoing oral health maintenance guidance
