The LPN provides recovery-focused services, including the safe and appropriate administration of physician-prescribed medical treatments and medications. This role involves providing safe, effective, and efficient direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and possess current licensure in the state where the role is performed. Starting pay is determined based on relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
This position is not remote and is on-site in Stanwood, WA

We believe recovery starts from within and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on our residents' recovery journeys. Our secure facility includes a full staff of registered nurses, clinicians, peer specialists, and social workers on-call 24-hours a day to provide wraparound support.
A variety of therapies and activities adapted to individual needs and preferences are offered as part of their treatment plan. Services at Telecare Fern Lodge Behavioral Wellness include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive evaluation and risk assessment, covering mental health and substance abuse Psychiatric assessment and treatment Peer support and community group meetings Social and recreational activities Rehabilitation programming Supportive counseling on a group and individual basis Medication administration and management
