The LVN is responsible for administering prescribed treatments, conducting resident rounds, and documenting changes in patient status. They also supervise nurse aides and coordinate care plans with physicians and the RN Manager.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited nursing school, and a current Texas LVN license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for over 75% of the shift is required.
