The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions. Responsibilities also include conducting follow-up visits, coordinating care with other professionals, and providing patient and family education.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility and hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license along with a DEA License and CPR/BLS certification. A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required, and experience in Neurology is preferred.
