Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing, part of University of Vermont Health and Porter Medical Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care Unit on the evening shift.
This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who are passionate about caring for older adults and want to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our Memory Care Unit provides specialized care to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, focusing on safety, dignity, engagement, and quality of life.
