include obtaining patient vital signs, maintaining accurate health records, preparing exam rooms, and contributing to the plan of care while strictly adhering to safety and HIPAA guidelines. The role also involves triaging patients, managing EMR data entry, handling communications, processing referrals, and ensuring proper charge capture.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, or possess an LPN license or NC Paramedic/AEMT certification. Clinical experience of at least one year in a physician's office setting is preferred.
Provides onsite clinical support for employer‑based wellness initiatives, including biometric screening events, health fairs, and mobile wellness programs. Works independently and as part of an event team to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and participant‑focused screenings in non‑traditional clinical environments while maintaining safety, accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
