The Resident Assistant will provide support and assistance to Care Partners for Assisted Living residents, ensuring an engaging therapeutic living environment. Responsibilities include aiding with activities of daily living, answering resident calls, and recording vital signs.
Candidates must have a minimum of Home Health Aide or Non-certified nursing assistant certification and current First Aid and CPR certifications. Physical capability to assist residents weighing 50 to 250 pounds and effective communication skills are also required.
