The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident health conditions, and reporting changes to supervisors. They also assist with daily living activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident care.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license. Experience in long-term care settings and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred.
