The Hospitalist Physician Assistant provides primary care to hospital inpatients under the supervision of the Hospitalist Medical Director. This role involves working with adult and geriatric populations in a hospital setting.
Candidates must be nationally certified and/or state licensed as a Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania, with CPR certification and a Master's degree. Preferred qualifications include one year or more of hospitalist experience and ACLS and PALS certifications.
The Hospitalist Physician Assistant is a professional with education and training in the primary and emergency medical care of the adult and geriatric populations. The physician assistant is responsible for providing primary care to hospital inpatients under the direct medical supervision of the Hospitalist Medical Director and/or his designee.
One year or more hospitalist experience. ACLS and PALS certification is encouraged.
