The Medical Assistant/LPN will perform visit chart preparation, rooming activities, and obtain/document vital signs and other measurements. They will also administer medications, handle prescription refills, and manage clinical supplies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program. One to three years of medical assistant experience is preferred, along with relevant certification or licensure.

The Licensed Nursing Assistant II will assist providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas. The incumbent will assist with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatment, dressing changes, vital signs, bladder scans and will perform general administrative duties in accordance with accrediting bodies, regulatory and government standards, as well as company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform visit chart preparation activities based on the daily scheduled appointments including diagnostic test results, emergency/urgent care reports, discharge summaries and consult/PCP reports are in the medical record and accessible to the provider. Anticipate care information to support provider visit. Perform rooming activities for provider visits according to the documented rooming criteria including chief complaint, allergies, vital signs, medication list review, tobacco history, LMP, incontinence screening, health maintenance overrides and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Obtain and document age and/or condition-specific measurements accurately including vital signs, height, weight, bladder scan and pulse oximetry based on visit purpose and clinical condition. Document using clear, concise, and professional written skills. Assist providers with patient examination and procedures. Manage clinical supplies and medication sample areas to ensure that stock is current, stored appropriately, labeled and par levels maintained. Act as a principal preceptor in the clinical orientation of new staff. Identify emergent situations and communicate to appropriate personnel for interventions. Function in emergent situations pertinent to the role. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Licensure Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certification/Licensure: Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required. BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire.
