The Patient Financial Specialist is responsible for checking patient eligibility and insurance plan benefits, ensuring a great patient experience. This includes utilizing online resources and communicating with insurance companies.
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in Medical Insurance Verification is required, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Our Medical Receptionist is proficient in all areas of making a compassionate environment for our patients. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome. The role involves managing front desk operations, such as greeting patients, answering incoming correspondence, facilitating communication between patients and clinical staff, and scheduling appointments.
Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation required. There may be some days when arriving earlier may be required, hours may vary based on workload. There may be some travel involved to other locations to cover receptionist duties.
