The Nursing Assistant in Training will provide care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. The role involves working collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
Candidates must be willing to obtain NAR certification in Minnesota and possess strong communication skills. Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care are essential.
Restorative NAR (Nursing Assistant) in training
NAR in training wage ranges from $21-$23 per hour depending on relevant experience. 10 years experience credit given with relevant experience. Additional 75 cents per hour for evening and $2 per hour for night shifts. $2000 Sign on bonus for new hires!
