Volunteers will provide companionship to hospice patients, including sitting bedside, offering caregiver relief, and engaging in activities like pet therapy and music. They may also assist with bereavement support and grief groups.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and are required to submit to TB and drug tests and be fingerprinted. No healthcare experience is needed, but a compassionate and dependable nature is essential.
