Work in concert with the radiologists to obtain high quality ultrasound images and provide exceptional patient care. Ensure patient safety and comfort while performing diagnostic procedures.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred. Candidates must be ARDMS certified within the first year of employment and have at least one year of experience in sonography preferred.

Work in concert with the radiologists to obtain high quality ultrasound images and provide exceptional patient care.
High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred. Must meet the education requirement for diagnostic medical ultrasound certification with ARDMS or ARRT.
1 year experience in sonography preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
ARDMS certified within first year of employment required.
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communications. Ability to work in a stressful environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly. Ability to perform diagnostic procedures and to meet the specific needs of various patient age groups: neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
