• QP status (CCS,

• CDAC)
• Experience: 1+ year treating individuals with co-occurring disorders
• Human services experience as a

• Counselor
• Travel: Valid driver’s license and insurance required What You’ll Do Conduct substance abuse assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver integrated care for members with co-occurring disorders Collaborate with ACTT team to provide rehabilitation, care management, and crisis support Apply knowledge of ACTT principles, substance use treatment, and intervention techniques
