• Location: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder/Lafayette, or Longmont/Dacono areas.

Schedule

• Sat-Wed 11:00-7:30PM
• Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour
• Bonus: $3,000 JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties. The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current Colorado CNA license 1+ years of experience working as a CNA Experience working with the frail or elderly population Experience working with individuals with mental health needs Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
